The KOVET Aotai Water Cooled 3-phase TIG welding machine # ATIG500PAC is a high-performance TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding machine designed for industrial applications requiring utmost precision and weld quality. With its water-cooling system, it can operate continuously at high currents for extended periods.

The highlight of this machine is its capability to weld with both AC (alternating current) and DC (direct current), allowing it to accommodate a wide variety of metals such as aluminum and magnesium alloys (via AC), as well as steel, stainless steel, copper, and titanium (via DC). The unit comes equipped with a digital display for precise current control, along with a Pulse function that helps reduce heat buildup around the weld bead, yielding aesthetic weld beads and reducing workpiece distortion.

In addition, it features 2T/4T operation modes, an Automatic Spark Generation arc ignition system, Up/Down-Slope current adjustment functions, and Pre/Post Gas Flow management to deliver a perfect weld bead in every detail. The machine also includes a large cooling fan to complement the water-cooling system and supports shielded metal arc welding (SMAW/MMA) as well.
